FDA frames it as an additional option for adults needing further LDL-C reduction despite existing therapies. Patients should not treat it as a self-start medicine; clinicians still need to compare statins, ezetimibe, injectable PCSK9 therapies, and overall risk.<\/p>\n<h2>What Changes<\/h2>\n<p>Lipfendra is a once-daily oral tablet that inhibits PCSK9.
