Guinness World Records certified 22,141 people at the BST Hyde Park show on 10 July 2026. The title is the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps.<\/p>\n

The bald cap came with strict rules<\/h2>\n

Every cap had to be firmly secured. Hair had to be tucked underneath at the front and top, although it could hang out at the back.<\/p>\n

Participants then had to remain in the designated area wearing the cap for a full minute. Only people meeting the conditions between the start and stop signals counted.<\/p>\n

Why wear one in summer heat?<\/h2>\n

The attempt took place at an outdoor summer show. Guinness noted that fans kept their caps on despite the hot conditions.<\/p>\n

The point was not practicality but sharing the same joke. An individual concert costume became coordinated participation by more than 22,000 people.<\/p>\n
