Privacy information
This policy covers personal data, storage and permissions used by the ONEPRESS website and Android/iOS apps. Last updated: October 17, 2026.
Technical data and purposes
Access may generate IP addresses, device/browser information, access times, paths and service interaction data. These support service delivery, usage analysis, error handling, security and reliability. An account is not required for the library.
Library and local storage
Your current browser stores up to 20 recent articles for 90 days and 50 saved articles, plus topic preferences. The lists themselves are not synchronized to a server. Use the library controls or clear browser site data to remove them. Saved articles remain visible when you switch interface languages.
Earlier requests and location permissions
The briefing request form has been retired. Optional emails from earlier requests are automatically removed from contact fields and metadata 90 days after submission. Current news, search and library pages do not request precise device location. You can revoke location permissions granted to older app versions in device settings.
Cookies and ads in distributed apps
The website and app WebViews may use cookies and local storage. From app version 1.0.18, Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) includes adapters for Unity Ads, Pangle, BIGO Ads and Mintegral; networks are activated through operational settings. Earlier versions use Pangle directly. Ad networks may process IP addresses, advertising identifiers, device/network and ad-interaction data for delivery, measurement, frequency control and fraud prevention. From 1.0.18, a KCREW server determines country from the connection IP. Advertising SDKs do not start in the EEA, UK, Switzerland or when the country is unknown. All users in allowed regions receive no-personalization and sale/sharing opt-out signals. Device and content languages are not used to determine advertising region.
Third parties and contact
We do not arbitrarily sell personal data, except as required by law. Advertising, analytics, security and hosting providers may process data needed for their services under their own policies. Use the email below for privacy and permission questions.
