Netflix announced on October 19 that it will broadcast Ibai Llanos’s La Velada del Año boxing-and-music event in 2027, 2028 and 2029.

This concerns broadcasting rights and does not mean Ibai has transferred ownership of the event itself.

An internet event changes its main outlet

The event combines amateur boxing involving internet creators with musical performances. It began in 2021 and was mainly carried on Ibai’s Twitch channel; distribution expanded to YouTube and TikTok in 2026.
